EXPOSED...

The PAC 12, the BIG 10 are not playing this year out of the POWER conferences.  As I have been saying for years we should leave student out of student athlete.  It's all about the money.  Why would any school risk playing sports when there is still a pandemic situation going on?  It's dumb.  I called a game on Friday, they have certain rules that spread out the athletes on the sideline.  WHAT?  The dumbest thing I have ever heard.  So, while they are spread out on the sideline they are face to face with the other team on the field.  It presents a HUGE problem.  You don't know the exposure of the other athletes that you are playing against.  Furthermore, the risks it has for that players family.  Example:  Let's say an athlete gets the virus and not knows he really has it, then he gives it to another player on another team, that player then goes  home and gives it to his sibling who in turn gives it to Gran...

Gameday Live: Arkansas vs Austin Peay

The Razorbacks will play Austin Peay on Tuesday night inside Bud Walton Arena, and they may be without their leading scorer for the second game in a row. Junior guard  Mason Jones  missed Arkansas’ latest game against Northern Kentucky. The Hogs managed to outlast the Norse, 66-60, but the scoring didn’t come easy. The Razorbacks only shot 41.8 percent from the field. In six games this season, Jones is averaging a team-high 18.5 points per game. Additionally, the DeSoto (Texas) native leads the team with 16 steals and is bringing down 5.7 boards per game. “Mason, we got together this morning between his classes. He’s going to try to practice today,” Razorback head coach  Eric Musselman  said Monday. “Probably not do any contact stuff. Right now, it’s not bothering him shooting. It’s bothering him a defensively a little bit when he puts his arm a certain way. The good thing is if he plays we need his shooting more than we need his defense. So, I think it will be ...
